  • How long will it take to Process/Ship my Order?

    Processing

    Our warehouses are moving! Usually orders ship within 24 hours, but please allow up to 4 business days for processing of your order. Please note that if you place your order after noon ET, it will ship the following day.

    In times of high demand - like during a big sauce launch or around the holidays - processing may take a bit longer. We’ll let you know when this changes via the banner at the top of our site. 👍

    Shipping Times

    Most US orders are delivered within 3-5 business days. International orders can take 7-21 business days depending on customs times and local delivery services.

    International orders will usually ship through the post office, so you can work with your national postal delivery to pay customs and have your sauces released for delivery (i.e. in Canada, check with Canada Post for final delivery).

  • Help, my sauce is broken/there is an issue with my order!

    If you receive a broken bottle or have any other issue with your order, please hit reply to your order confirmation email with a photo of the sauce in its packaging. If you're able to very carefully check any bottles that seem to have survived, the labels are waterproof so they should be good to go with a quick rinse! That way hopefully there's a sauce you can enjoy in the meantime while we get you fixed up. :)

  • Can I return my order?

  • Are your barbecue sauces and rubs Gluten-Free?

    Yes! All of our sauces are gluten free and we use kosher ingredients for our signature rubs. We always include a list of ingredients and pictures of the label on our social media page to keep you informed.

  • Should I refrigerate my barbecue sauce? How long does it last?

    Here at Trick Bill’s BBQ HQ / our tasting lab in Kansas City, we keep all open sauces refrigerated. Refrigerated sauces will taste better longer and will usually last around 6-9 months after opening!
