Unopened Packages:

• Return to Sender: If you receive an unopened package and decide to return it, simply write "Return to Sender" on the package and drop it off at your local post office.

• Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.

Opened Packages (Unopened Sauce):

• Return to Sender: If you've opened the outer packaging but the sauce bottle remains unopened, you can return it to us.

• Packaging: Please repackage the unopened sauce securely.

• Shipping: Consult your local post office for assistance in selecting a suitable "flat-rate" packaging option.

• Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.

Important Notes:

• Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we will process a refund to your original payment method.

• Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
